Highly recommend using Devonport Septic Tank Cleaning, quality service and very reasonable rate. Adam came out today to empty our septic and holding tank, the service he provided was exceptional. His young son who was with him was just as helpful as his father, great conversations too. After emptying each tank, he rinsed the sides with fresh water and cleaned out again. We had dug the septic ready for the clean out and when Adam moved to the holding tank his son asked about filling in, not only was it beautiful to see him want to help his father out by putting the soil back but was above and beyond what was expected. Thank you very much for everything.

Adam is one of those unsung heroes who just does his utmost to get everyone out of a crisis, and help them get on with their lives.
He came at very short notice on a Friday arvo to clear our blocked drains, locate and pump out our septic tank and then spent extra time after 5pm, advising us how to prevent the problem happening again. He even drew diagrams to show us how to do things!
He went far more than the extra mile for us, and all with a smile, and consideration to us and our property.

I purchased the property two years ago and had no idea of where my septic tank was. It did not match what was on the plans. It took me a couple of weeks to locate the tank. When I eventually dug up half of the area I finally struck gold. It was a distressing time as no one I called from other major septic companies would assist in working out its location. That was until I called Adam from Devonport Septic. I called Adam with such excitement on the Tuesday afternoon and he was here first thing Wednesday morning. It turned out I had only located the outlet part. Adam did not hesitate in grabbing his spade and digging a further few feet and located the main tank cover. The willingness and professionalism to go beyond what others would not do for me was inspiring. Within an hour Adam had dug out where he needed to and started work on clearing years of back up. I noted that he not only removed all the contents but then also spent half an hour on washing the tank with fresh water and cleaning down the sides and bottom of the tank once again removing the debris. The service was over and above what I expected. Coupled with Adams personable and professional work ethos ensured it turned my nightmare into one of complete happiness. I have passed on Adam's Company to my Realtor for prospective purchasers and I hope that anybody who takes the time to read these important reviews, takes advantage of this company's services, head by Adam.
